Nothing is thrown away without your approval.

Free call
Share your timing and whether you plan to host, rent out, or sell.

Plan
We agree what stays out, what gets stored, and which rooms and storage areas are off-limits. We also agree who will join check-ins and approve decisions.

Six sessions
3–5 hours each. All the physical work is done for you. Each session includes a 30–60-minute check-in, and you get photo updates after every session.

Handover
We look at the finished home together, in person or by video call. You get the Handover Guide: a storage map and a checklist for your cleaner. One month later, there's a follow-up check-in.
Already left Japan? The work happens in your home while you join check-ins on Zoom and approve decisions using photos.
One price
¥750,000 (tax included)
6 sessions
- Six working sessions of 3–5 hours each, plus a first planning session
- Support between sessions, the Handover Guide, and a one-month check-in
- Enrollment fee ¥55,000 + program fee ¥695,000
- Pay in full or in two installments
- Need more time? Extra sessions are ¥65,000 each.
- Stop after Session 1? The rest is refunded. The enrollment fee and the Session 1 fee are non-refundable.

Not included: deep cleaning or housekeeping; buying furniture or decor; putting out trash; arranging or paying for collection, resale, or donation services (you'll get a list of who to contact); minpaku licensing, listing setup, or property management.

Questions
Will you throw my things away?
Nothing is thrown away without your approval. You get photos to review, and you can choose to keep everything.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Each session includes a 30–60-minute check-in, in person or on Zoom. The rest of the session runs without you.
What if I've already left Japan?
That's fine. Check-ins are on Zoom, you approve decisions using photos, and the handover is by video call.
What about my valuables and private things?
Before we start, we agree which areas stay untouched and which things get packed and stored.
Is cleaning included?
No. Deep cleaning and housekeeping are not included. Many clients book a cleaner after we finish.
What if I decide it's not for me after we start?
You can stop after Session 1, and the rest is refunded. The enrollment fee and the Session 1 fee are non-refundable.
Can an assistant book the call for me?
Yes. Executive and personal assistants are welcome to book the call for you.
