Hi, I’m Ai Hayashi.
I'm a certified KonMari® Silver Consultant and professional home organizer based in Tokyo — one of a small number of KonMari® Silver Consultants in Japan certified to conduct sessions in English. I work one-on-one with expat executives and global professionals — and their families — through relocations, downsizing, and new chapters in Japan. I work bilingually in English and Japanese, so when the time comes to include family in your home's journey, language won't be a barrier.
With 16 years of international business experience, I understand the pace of your life. And I know the decisions that truly change a home can only be made by the person who lives in it. My role is to be beside you, so those decisions get made — faster, lighter, and with a sense of relief you can feel the next morning.
