Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

This page shows the information required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Before you pay, you read and sign a service agreement with these terms.

Business

Services and prices

All prices include everything you pay me. As a tax-exempt business, I do not charge consumption tax on top.

  • 120-Day Whole-home Transformation Program: ¥600,000 (enrollment fee ¥55,000 + program fee ¥545,000)
  • Program Extension for the 120-Day Program: ¥50,000 (one more in-person session and a 30-day extension)
  • Guest-Ready Program: ¥750,000 (enrollment fee ¥55,000 + program fee ¥695,000)
  • Extra session for the Guest-Ready Program: ¥65,000 per session

Other costs

  • Travel: Included for homes within ¥3,000 round-trip by public transport from Nishi-Magome Station. If a travel fee applies, you receive a quote before you sign.
  • Not included: Fees for disposal (such as oversized garbage), storage, moving, cleaning, and storage products. You arrange and pay for these directly. I give advice on where and how.
  • Purchases on your behalf: If you ask me to buy items for you, such as storage products, we agree on this in advance and I invoice the actual cost afterwards.

Payment

  • Methods: Bank transfer or credit card.
  • When: Full payment is due within 7 days of signing the service agreement, or at least 3 days before your first in-person session, whichever comes first.
  • Two installments: You may pay in two equal installments. The first is due on the schedule above. The second is due 30 days after your first in-person session.

When the service is provided

  • After you sign and pay, we set the dates of the sessions together.
  • 120-Day Program: All sessions are completed within 6 months of the agreement date.
  • Guest-Ready Program: The schedule is set in the service agreement, based on your deadline.

Limited spots

I work with a small number of clients at a time. When all spots are filled, new enrollment closes until a spot opens.

Cancellations and refunds

Because this is an in-person service, there are no returns. Refunds work as follows.

  • 120-Day Program: If the program is not the right fit, tell me within 7 days after your first in-person session. The program fee (¥545,000) is refunded in full. The enrollment fee (¥55,000) and any transaction fees are not refunded. After that, there are no refunds.
  • Guest-Ready Program: You can stop after Session 1, and the rest is refunded. The enrollment fee and the Session 1 fee are not refunded.
  • Rescheduling a session: Please tell me at least 24 hours before. With less notice, the session counts as used.
  • If I cannot continue (120-Day Program): If illness, injury, or other circumstances beyond my control stop me from continuing, sessions I cannot deliver are refunded pro rata. The enrollment fee is not refunded.
