Can you organize my space without me?
No. The KonMari Method™ requires the client to be present throughout. Every decision about what stays and what goes must be made by the person who lives there. Ai's role is to guide the process — not to make the decisions.
Do I need to tidy up before sessions?
No. Please don't. Seeing the home in its natural state is useful information. For the first session (clothing), laundry should be done, but folding is not necessary.
Is the program available in Japanese?
Yes. Sessions and all communication available in both Japanese and English.
Do I need to buy additional storage items?
Hold off until the end. During the decluttering phase, all storage is temporary. After all categories are complete, Ai can suggest or help source storage items that fit what remains.
Do you haul discarded items away?
Disposal is the client's responsibility. Ai can assist with loading items at the end of a session if needed.
Will my information remain confidential?
